Youth Development and Skill Support Foundation is a Charity that transforms the future of underprivileged children in Nigerian communities by providing educational empowerment, skill acquisition, and essential resources, enabling them to realise their full potential.
Mission Statement
Youth Development and Skill Support Foundation advocates for the empowerment of indigent young people, with emphasis on providing quality basic education and entrepreneurial skills. The goal is to enable all young people, especially those in the greatest need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. This is achievable through collaboration with a range of local and international partners, with a commitment to empowering Nigerian youth with the requisite skills, knowledge, and support needed to succeed personally and professionally.
Goals and Objectives of Youth Development and Skill Support Foundation
- Provide training and development programs for young people in Nigeria to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Offer mentorship and coaching services to support Nigerian youths in their personal and professional development.
- Facilitate access to education and employment opportunities for Nigerian youth.
- Foster partnerships with organisations and individuals to support the development of Nigerian youth.
- Advocate for policies and programs that support the development of Nigerian youths.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our programs and services, the youth must:
- Be between the ages of 12 and 25.
- Be a resident of Nigeria and from Nigeria.
- Meet specific program requirements (e.g., education level, skills).
Application and Selection Process
- Youths can apply for our programs and services through our website, email, during our visits to primary and secondary schools, or in person at our office.
- Selection: A selection committee reviews applications and selects participants based on eligibility criteria and program requirements.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data. We will only collect, store, and use personal data for the purpose of delivering our programs and services.
Complaints and Feedback
We welcome feedback and complaints from young people, partners, and stakeholders. We will respond to all feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

This policy will be reviewed and revised annually or as necessary.
